Founder & CEO Weyden W. Wedderburn, began W3PV philantrophic ventures to promote and support the holistic development of people and communities that may be challenged socio-economically in different parts of the world. 

In honor of the exemplary kindness and thoughtfulness shown by his parents, Weyden Wedderburn established W3PV, Inc. on April 5, 2016, as a 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation.

Weyden Wedderburn is a successful software engineer and businessman. In 1999, he launched Wedderburn Innovative Solutions, LLC (WIS). WIS is a leading service provider of IT services in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Weyden holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University and a Masters degree in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University. He is a lifetime member of the Morgan State University National Alumni Association and a lifetime member of Bowie State University National Alumni Association. He is a native of the island of Jamaica and resides with his wife, Annette, and sons, Weyden Karel and Windell in Bowie, Maryland.

The Ark Of Safety One Inc.

Founder & CEO Dr. Kimberly Quillman, founded The ARK of Safety One Inc in 2015 to enhance the quality of life holistically- mind, body, and soul, in the community that she lives and serves. The non-profit serves those in Brierfield Al, where she also the lead Pastor of The Holy Greater Trinity church.

Her heart for God and to serve people has led to her pursuit of higher education, missions work and extensive amounts of community service.

While attending Capella University in working toward her PhD in Social and Community Services programs, she received a Honorary Doctorate in Social Program Development from Fields Associates Training Institute. Dr. Kimberly Quillman exemplary work in the community has led her to work with universities and community leaders. She also has committed herself to assisting other non-profits in their early stage development.
